  • Changing unnecessarily the architecture of the web-based customer interface, discourages existing customers from continuing use, while new prospective users who, especially in Greece, depend on existing users, are discouraged even further. Don't allow your IT "professionals" to change the system, just to justify their existence. Only if the bank's executives are routinely users of the system as actual customers, should be allowed to "test" and approve any changes. The mere fact that the text of this writing is so faint so as to be nearly unreadable, is an indication that the IT "professionals" are to young to appreciate the needs of the bank's average customer. As a suggestion, When a customer reviews his/her accounts, they should be able to view the applicable interest rate on the same line with the account. The excuse of: "the rates change daily", or "continuously" is not acceptable, since the changes can be reflected instantly, if the bank chooses to provide them.
